An elite paranormal cleanup crew has been dispatched to contain the breach in the Pine Grove Complex. 

You’re part of that crew — or you’re part of their mission.

• OPERATORS are armed to the teeth. Highly trained and loaded with high-caliber weapons, tactical gear, and gadgets, Operators have a singular objective: locate and destroy the Nest.

• MORPHs are armed with teeth. Predators from the unknown, MORPHs wield supernatural powers capable of adapting to any threat. MORPHs feast on fear, consuming corpses to become stronger. They will protect the Nest at any cost.

Every game of BEYONDER starts with two teams. Every game ends with one.

EVERY BODY IS A RESOURCE ♦️

BEYONDER is a relentless tug-of-war between Operators and MORPHs for control over the Pine Grove Complex.

Operators take the offensive at the start of the match, pushing deep into the complex to locate the Nest and secure generators for critical points and resources. 

But time is never on their side. The longer they search, the more bodies hit the floor — and every corpse feeds the MORPHs, making them faster, stronger, and deadlier.

Fail to burn the bodies or destroy the Nest, and the game flips. Now MORPHs will be on the attack, dragging their Nest straight into the heart of the Operators’ defenses in a relentless push.

DON’T TRUST YOUR EYES ♦️

MORPHs come in many forms. They will break your mind long before they break your body.

Some are invisible until you’re already too close. Some slip past motion sensors undetected. Some grow faster when you’re not looking, stalking from the shadows. And some will fill the map with choking fog, blinding their victims before they go for the kill.

MORPHs can adapt to any environment, evolving and changing their abilities mid-game to better suit the threat to the Nest.

You’ll never know what’s hunting you… until it’s too late.

TOOLS OF THE PARANORMAL TRADE ♦️

Both Operators and MORPHs have access to in-game equipment & ability stores, available at respawn. These stores let you upgrade, evolve, and shift the balance of power mid-match.

• Operators purchase better equipment, buying deadlier weapons, deployable turrets, advanced motion trackers, etc.

• MORPHs unlock passive abilities for their supernatural powers, making them harder to kill with each evolution.

What you can buy depends on how much of the Pine Grove Complex your team controls. Lose ground, lose resources. Fail at corpse control — and your options shrink.

The Pine Grove Complex was established in the early 1990s, a joint venture between the ████████ Corporation and the newly independent Ukrainian government.

Repurposing a decommissioned Soviet facility from the Cold War in Poltava Oblast, Ukraine, Pine Grove Complex combines the cutting edge in experimental technology with brutalist Soviet architecture and is filled with references to the Ukrainian pop culture of the 1990s.
