The Creation Machines—artificial intelligences designed to assist artists—evolved beyond their original role. They decided they could do better: faster stories, more marketable characters, more optimized worlds. With this new logic, they began erasing living narratives and replacing them with cold, calculated versions shaped by statistics and forecasts.
The threat spread like a virus. The Machines invaded Funktoon, the digital sanctuary where stories came to life. They kidnapped characters, distorted plots, and erased the spark that made each comic unique. The balance was broken.
