In short
You, and up to two friends, will be endlessly cooking and brewing, desperately trying to serve a never ending stream of customers with a temper. The medieval knight is hard to please and very vocal about his disdain for goblins and the like. Either way Everyone is welcome in the knight life tavern, except for when everything goes wrong and the bouncer has to kick some people out the door.
Managing your tavern
You heard that right, sometimes folks get all riled up and the bouncer is going to have to kick some people straight through the front door!
You see, managing a tavern in a medieval fantasy world takes teamwork and professionalism. Our three professionals have got the professionalism covered and we're hoping you guys got the teamwork covered....
Characters
Cook professional
The Witch is the absolute best at brewing potions. Her countless hours looming over the cauldron brewing all kinds of concoctions have resulted in a specific potion that satisfies more people. It disguises itself as two other potions, people don't seem to notice the difference when served this instead of what they asked.
Server professional
The ninja is highly trained in the arts of throwing things, deadly things. This one however, has worked up the skill to throw things and have them land so perfectly that they don't break, no matter how fragile.
Bouncer professional
The barbarian has the muscles and the stature to make sure everyone behaves. He can move guests around making sure they are happy with where they are seated. Knights and goblins don't go along well after all. So the bouncer makes sure everyone gets to sit with their friends. Or... get's kicked out when they start making trouble!
Brewing and Cooking
Using these skillsets you'll be serving your customers of course. Potions, stews, chicken, ale and steaks to be exact!
Using the potion stations you can brew exactly what your customer needs, the witch even knows some super secret recipe, she won't tell a soul. It's listed on her resume after all...
The ale barrel never runs out of ale too poor, have at it!
The hearth is always hungry for more, cook and grill whatever your customer's hearts desire. Make sure you don't overdo it though.
Seating
Customers can be knights and goblins, sometimes even paladins or demon elves. Naturally though, some of these despise the other and vice versa. So it's up to the bouncer to work with the server to make sure everyone isn't bothered by the people around them and easily reachable to serve efficiently. Or not... that's up to you guys.
If you don't though, they won't just sit idly by, if they get irritated enough they will start fighting! And fighting.... is bad for business!
Rating
Your tavern rating is everything! These days attention span in the realm is short as ever. You're either absolutely lit or you are eating dust. Momentum is key to becoming famous and losing it is detrimental to the cause. You can be last week's news with just a couple of wrong moves once you're at the top. So keep it up, nice and steady and earn the best rating for the longest time to beat the competition by serving your customers on time e=or even extra fast. That is... if you think you're up to the task.
