What is left of the world
Machines have taken control of the planet. You are one of the few humans who resisted their grip, and you have washed up on an island isolated by interference, the one place they still cannot see. There is no rescue. There are scarce resources, hostile ground, and other survivors trying to get through the same thing.
Survive
Hunger, thirst, cold and radiation take a constant toll. The day and night cycle changes the risk of every trip, and the world keeps running even when you are not connected.
Gather and craft
Extract wood, stone, ore and scrap. At workbenches, research blueprints and craft tools, clothing, armor and weapons, always limited by the space in your inventory.
Build
Raise modular structures in different materials to shelter what you have earned. What you build stays in the world.
Explore
Cross the island to monuments watched over by machines. Part of the best loot is there, and so is the greatest risk.
Fight
Wild creatures and hostile machines threaten every route. Combat includes melee weapons, bows, crossbows, improvised firearms and explosives.
