Analyze IDs, medical forms, permits, and forged papers under pressure.
Cross-analyze documents to see that the person isn't losing their identity.
Observe their tells. Are they hiding something?
Observe physical anomalies, from the obvious tumors and rotting flesh, to the subtle hints in their behavior that they've turned and are hiding it.
