Unpatched is a fantasy isekai action RPG where you play on the monster's side.
You are Dex Fall, a QA tester trapped in the body of an undead assassin inside your own MMORPG, Soulscript. The game is still in open beta, and its world has sucked you in. Your boss is now the very raid boss hunted by armies of heroes. Your task is to protect him at all costs. Your arsenal includes two enchanted daggers, new skills, fragments of memory, and knowledge of bugs that shouldn't even exist.
What awaits you:
Dynamic combat: dodge, counterattack, and turn raid tactics against the players themselves.
Tactical depth: use stealth, speed, and mechanic knowledge to defeat a numerically superior enemy.
Bugs as weapons: find and activate unpatched glitches right in the middle of battle.
The world of Soulscript: explore grim dungeons, the crowded Player City, and meet other "unpatched" ones, including broken NPCs, cut content, and fellow QA testers.
