# Emergency Response Heroes
## Short description
Command a city's emergency response. Recruit from 150 heroes, dispatch the right team and manage their health, travel and supplies. Protect city trust, upgrade your base and balance limited funds as you complete Season objectives or chase a new best in Endless mode.
## About This Game
**Who goes first? Which incident takes priority? When is it time to bring a hero home?**
In Emergency Response Heroes, you command the heroes protecting a city in crisis. Choose your roster, send teams into the field and keep them ready for the next call. Every deployment draws on the same resources: your heroes' health, your operating funds and the city's trust.
### 1. See the whole city. Set your priorities.
Watch incident locations and deadlines, then respond before city trust runs out. Time keeps moving while you inspect operations and incident details. When you need room to think, pause the game and plan your next orders.
Resolve every fixed incident in **Season**, or keep the response going and challenge your best record in **Endless**. Plan around urban districts, islands and the bridges connecting them.
### 2. Send the right heroes to the scene.
Consider the abilities an incident calls for, your heroes' condition and the journey ahead. Dispatched heroes travel to the scene before they begin responding. Heroes can participate without the requested ability, but choosing your team carefully helps keep the operation moving.
Resolve incidents to earn operating funds, and bring exhausted heroes back to base. Balance the response you can make now with the team you will need for the next emergency.
### 3. Build your roster from 150 heroes.
Start with the heroes you already own and recruit more to expand your choices. Explore their abilities in the Codex and choose a roster for each run. Recruited heroes stay in your collection for future attempts.
Selecting a roster is only the beginning. Summoning heroes into an active run costs operating funds, so keep enough in reserve to bring in help when you need it.
### 4. Keep your base ready for the next call.
Invest in the improvements your operation needs: recovery, treatment, city trust management and incident forecasting. Distribute supplies and bring injured heroes home to recover before sending them out again.
Run funds and recruitment rewards are separate resources. Review your results and best scores after each attempt, then take your growing collection and what you have learned into the next response.
