World Setting
The story continues within the world of Yusiaid, from the previous title Chaos Entropy (formerly Elegy of Fate: Light and Shadow).
You play as a novice entering Lunrant Magic Academy, the continent’s most prestigious school for mages.
New students must learn how to wield Spirit Cards to summon legendary heroes known as Spirits.
To control them in combat, you must accumulate magic incantations—English words—and become a true Spirit Summoner.

Vocabulary Battle System
Battles are no longer just about numbers.
When facing monsters, words appear on the screen—you must quickly choose the correct meaning from several options.
Each correct answer restores your Spirit’s mana, enabling you to cast powerful spells.
Choose incorrectly, and your chanting time will decrease; once it reaches zero, the spell backfires and damages your Spirit.
For example, when fighting a Flame Demon, the word ignite appears.
If you correctly select “to set on fire,” your Spirit instantly regains mana and can unleash a devastating fire spell.
